About
Aspire didn’t begin as a client engagement. It began as a co-founding act.
In 2013, Channing Bailey partnered with Patrick Walker-Reese to build an organization designed to close the gap between young people’s potential and the systems that too often fail to recognize it.
As Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Bailey has shaped the creative and strategic identity of Aspire from the beginning — from its earliest brand decisions to the programs, curriculum, and experiences that now define the organization.
The mandate was simple but ambitious: build a human development system that helps students understand who they are, what drives them, and how they can begin building a meaningful future.
The Work
As Chief Creative Officer and co-founder of Aspire — and co-author and lead creative behind the Dream BLDRS program — Bailey led the development of the narrative systems, curriculum design, and creative infrastructure that power Aspire’s educational and leadership initiatives.
Dream BLDRS Program Design
Dream BLDRS combines social emotional learning with leadership development and college-and-career readiness, helping students translate personal aspirations into actionable plans for education, careers, and life.
Dream BLDRS is Aspire’s flagship Social Emotional Learning (SEL) leadership development program.
The curriculum is built as a three-phase learning experience composed of 18 modules focused on leadership, identity, and personal development. Each module combines reflection, interactive learning, and team-based activities designed to help students translate aspirations into actionable goals.
