Channing Bailey is an entrepreneur and design meliorist whose work ranges from high-growth startups to household names. Channing is proud to partner with some of the world’s most ambitious and forward-thinking creatives to build better brands by design — shaping culture, community, and commerce.

As the Chief Creative Officer of Channing & Company, Channing is the lead creative behind some of the most influential brands in education, business, and culture. His cross-sector experience enriches his creative work and relationships spanning education, retail, finance, CPG, and entertainment, with deep expertise in culture, brand, and business design.

Channing's first company, Action Bracelet, was acquired by private equity in 2015. Since Channing has worked with global companies and thought leaders, influencing how the world perceives some of the most influential brands and entities, including Coffee Uplifts People, Aspire: A Human Development Company, Nike, Adidas, Yeezy, Brand Jordan, Angela Yee, Billionaire Boys Club, and National Urban League.

As Creative Director, Channing has designed for numerous brands, and his studio counts some of the top disruptive companies among his studio clientele. Channing also speaks on branding, business, and business design.
